📌 COUNCIL UPDATE

✊ As your local independent, I’ve wasted no time rolling up my sleeves and getting busy assisting residents of Chicquita and the neighboring wards – following oath of office in November 2024 I was ran off my feet with drainage issues, local laws enforcement, managing unsightly and dangerous premises, flooding, footpath repairs, securing increased lighting, improved parking signage, fresh landscaping and issues with trees.

👌 Additionally, I have been appointed to Safety and Audit & Risk Committees.

👮‍♂️ We’ve meet with member of Vic Pol, Lifesaving Victoria and SES in relation to addressing local crime issues and our vision of making Kingston as safe as possible.

👍 Overall, it has been a busy yet rewarding four months and I look forward to meeting our sporting clubs, community and non-for-profit organizations and seeing how we can best collaborate and support them.

👊 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year with your independent councilors unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability and good governance.

For those pathologically obsessed with Cr Agirtan, lurking, loitering with intent, watching and even (!) screen recording our ordinary meetings, I’m glad I get to illuminate your otherwise dull and uninspiring lives with my presence and inspire you. Mwah!
